She was so professional and worked to respond around our busy work schedules. Trisha gave 110% effort and it paid off. With the tools she provided us with we were able to find our dream home quickly.
For our home that we were selling she swiftly worked to get it on the market. Trisha brought in a professional photographer to take the photos which turned out beautiful. They drew immediate interest and we had several showings daily! She even had an interior designer advise on how best to place our furniture and this proved to be valuable in making our home appear larger. In less than a week we accepted an amazing offer.

My wife and I used Team Pay It Forward to sell our house. All I can say is that Michaela was incredible in getting us through this process and selling for top dollar. She is extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to explain every question (and there were a lot) I had. Her guidance and assistance throughout the process made the home selling process hassle and stress free. I was traveling a lot during the process and she kept me informed on every detail. Knowing that I was traveling, she made it a point to ensure I received all correspondences. I never felt out of touch during this process, and no matter what else she had going on, she always made time for us and (as mentioned before) our many questions, no matter what time of the day. I am extremely pleased that Michaela and Team Pay It Forward were our agents, they had our best interest as the number one priority.
From the start, Michaela provided professional advice to prepare our house to go on the market and utilized every means to get our house out to potential buyers. No short cuts were taken, a professional photographer was used to take photos or our house (which I must admit, once I saw the photos, I did not realize how good my house could look, they were amazing), to the professional brochures and her time and effort with Open Houses.
Another great aspect is Michaela provided great advice and selling strategy for our house, which we were planning on listing at a much lower price. She explained to us, from her knowledge, experience and research of our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods the best listing price. I was skeptical at first that our ome would sell for what it did. Her efforts netted us thousands more than I was expecting. I am also grateful on another front, Michaela/Team Pay It Forward takes a portion of their commission and contributes to a charity of your choosing. Not only are they great realtors, but great people!
